Stop contact from us
One request stops calls, texts and emails. Tell us once and we action it.
If you would rather we stopped, say so once and we will — across every channel, permanently. You do not need to explain why.
Fill in the request below and we will stop contacting you about your property. Use the phone number or email address we reached you on so that we can match it to the right record. Tick only the channels you want stopped; all three are ticked by default.
Stop contact
One request covers calls, texts and email. It takes about 20 seconds.
Done — you are on our do-not-contact list.
Your request has been recorded and flagged against your enquiry. We will not call, text or email you again about your property.
If anything reaches you from us after this, forward it to [email protected] and we will correct it immediately.
What happens after you submit
- Your request is recorded immediately, with the date and time.
- You are flagged Do not contact in our system and removed from every follow-up sequence — calls, texts, emails and calls made by our AI virtual assistant.
- Our acquisitions staff can no longer see or use your contact details. Only the business owner and the administrator who keeps the opt-out record retain access to it, so that we can prove your request was honoured.
- The flag is permanent. A later campaign will not override it.
Other ways to stop us
- Reply STOP to any text message from us.
- Click the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email we send.
- Tell any caller you want no further calls — they will log it on the spot.
The form above is the only route that stops all three channels at once, so it is the safest one to use if you are not sure how we reached you.
What this does not affect
Opting out affects contact only. It does not affect your property and it does not cancel any written offer you already hold — an offer stays valid for the period stated on it. If you are in an active transaction with us we may still need to send you messages required to complete it, such as closing details; those are transactional and they stop when the transaction does.
