Reviews — and everything we guarantee in writing
Seller reviews here come from completed closings only, in the seller’s own words. Until they land: the commitments we put in the contract, and the route to complain if we ever break one.
Reviews go up as closings do
Nothing on this page is invented, bought or borrowed. Here is how a review gets here, and what you can hold us to until the first ones land.
Judge us by what we put in the contract
Reviews take time to earn; these commitments start the day you call. Each one is testable, and each one is settled by the title company at closing.
How to hold us to it
If something about a deal with us feels wrong, call the same number you always call and say so — we would rather fix it than win an argument. If we cannot resolve it, we will tell you the independent route to take in your state, including the relevant licensing board or consumer protection office.
We do not pay for reviews and we do not ask sellers to remove anything. If you would like to leave a review, we will send you a direct link after closing — that’s it.
Reviews shown here are unpaid and unedited except for length. When third-party profiles are live (for example Google Business), those links will be listed here so you can verify them independently.
Prefer to talk before you decide?
Call and we’ll walk you through a real deal’s numbers — what we paid, what the repairs cost, and what we made.
